Dear Dr. Crutchfield:

I am writing to you in regards to the tremendous job you did on my teeth. I started this
process when I was in about 8th grade and finished just about two months ago. Never once did I have a problem with you or your staff. They were always so kind and cheerful, and it was always a pleasure to see them. Every time I came into the office for the past two years or so, I was always greeted politely by the receptionist. Also, never did I have to wait more then ten minutes after my appointment was scheduled to be seen. Unlike many other offices, your staff worked promptly and quickly to move people in and out in an orderly fashion.

Whether it is sending cards on birthdays or just to say thank you, the staff and you have always gone above and beyond the regular expectations. You made people feel like they were at home when they came to your office, and it was always such a comfortable place to be. The games in the waiting room, and the slurpees afterwards were a great addition to the already fantastic establishment you are running.

When anyone asks me for an orthodontist recommendation Orthodontics by Crutchfield is always the first one out of my mouth. Not only have you treated me, but also my sister and , for a little while, my cousin, and none of us ever had a problem or complaint. Any instructions you would ever give me, I would follow to the tee knowing that you would never let me down. When you said "wear your rubber bands everyday, your braces will be off by December", I had all my confidence in you and it was a great turnout. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the work you did for me. Thank you again for your outstanding performance, and a special thanks to your outrageous staff.
